The BE Tree Foundation
Nonprofit | Mental Health Advocacy
Scope: Strategy, Website Copy, Squarespace Design & Development
Website: betreefoundation.org
The Challenge
The BE Tree Foundation needed more than a basic informational site. As a newly formed nonprofit founded after the loss of the founder’s son to suicide, the website had to carry emotional weight with care — while also functioning as a resource hub for individuals in active struggle, families seeking support, and organizations interested in workshops and advocacy partnerships.
The foundation required a site that could:
Share a deeply personal story with empathy and clarity
Establish credibility as a mental health resource
Provide accessible information for those in crisis
Support workshop inquiries and community engagement
The Strategy
We approached the website as both a storytelling platform and a structured support system.
The messaging was carefully developed to honor Branden’s story while centering hope, resilience, and actionable resources. Clear navigation and thoughtful hierarchy ensured visitors could quickly access support, learn about workshops, or connect with the organization.
From a structural standpoint, we built the site to:
Guide visitors toward relevant resources
Support nonprofit credibility and donor confidence
Provide clear calls to action for workshops and community involvement
Balance emotional storytelling with clarity and usability
The Result
The BE Tree Foundation launched with a cohesive, mission-aligned website that functions as both an advocacy platform and a practical resource for mental health support.
The site reflects the foundation’s heart while providing the structure needed to grow its impact.
A Note From The Founder
Page created the website for The BE Tree Foundation, and it turned out better than we could have hoped for. This foundation is near and dear to our hearts, and her patience as I processed emotions throughout the build was truly a gift. Once Page commits, she is all in. Milestone after milestone, she kept us on track toward our goals. Her ability to problem-solve areas I didn’t know how to navigate was a godsend.
The website has created more interest in our foundation, connected us with a wider range of clients, brought in additional resources and donations, and helped expand our programs throughout the Magic Valley.
The site exceeded our expectations, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to work with Page.
