IDAHO PLAYGROUND PROJECT

Idaho Playground Project

Nonprofit | Accessible Playground Advocacy

Scope: Strategic Marketing Materials, Sponsorship Collateral, Educational & Direct-Response Campaign Assets

Website: idahoplaygroundproject.org

The Challenge

The Idaho Playground Project had an established website but needed cohesive internal and external marketing materials to support upcoming events, sponsorship initiatives, and community education efforts.

As a nonprofit serving diverse and often underrepresented communities, it was essential that all messaging remain inclusive, respectful, and mission-aligned — while also driving tangible support through donations and partnerships.

The organization needed:

  • On-brand digital and print materials

  • Clear sponsorship positioning

  • Educational content that informed without overwhelming

  • Direct-response assets that encouraged action

The Strategy

Rather than treating each deliverable as a standalone piece, we approached the work as an extension of their broader mission and fundraising strategy.

Messaging was crafted to balance playfulness with professionalism, ensuring materials reflected the organization’s heart while maintaining credibility with donors, schools, and corporate sponsors.

Across campaigns and events, materials were designed to:

  • Clearly articulate the impact of accessible playgrounds

  • Position sponsorship as meaningful community investment

  • Support internal education and alignment

  • Encourage measurable engagement and support

The Result

Since our initial collaboration, Idaho Playground Project has continued to utilize cohesive, on-brand educational and direct-response materials to support events, sponsorship growth, and community outreach.

The organization now has a consistent messaging framework that strengthens credibility while inspiring action across multiple audiences.
